POST ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT AND PEST CONTROL

The treatment to the said Premises will be given to the existing floors/walls/Wooden Fixture etc. using Chemicals emulsion prepared from Premise Imidacloprid 30.5 % S.C (BAYER). Thereafter an excellent three-fold i.e

a) Injection b) Impregnation.

Treatments should be provided strictly according to ISI Specification(I.S : 6313 Part iii) to make the structure proof from any future infestation.

FLOOR TREATMENT:

In the Floor along the Junction between Wall and Floor 6 mm. dia holes shall be drilled at 450mm. centre to centre and the said Chemical emulsion will be squritted till the point of refusal or maximum to the extent of one litre per hole. Thus a chemical barrier is created along the perimeter of the Building and termites are denied access to the building.

TREATMENT AT THE POINTS FOR JUNCTIONARIES BETWEEN WALL AND WOOD:

The Treatment of the sites for junction between wall and Wood by drilling 6mm. dia. holes at a downward angle of 45 at 450mm. centre to centre and squritting chemical emulsion ( 1% concentration in oil) prepared out of Termiticides like Chlorpyriphos 50% EC or Premise Imidacloprid 30.5 % S.C (BAYER) etc. @ half Lit. per hole or till the point of refusal . The holes thus made shall be plugged using chemical adhesive so that the originality of fixture is maintained. All the chemical used WHO certified.

TREATMENT ALONG THE OUTER PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING:

The treatment along the perimeter of the Building is to be given be drilling 12mm. dia. holes where so ever the periphery of the building is in contact with the soil at 600 mm. apart and squirting the chemical emulsion @ 2.25 Lit. per liner meter. Thus a Chemical Barrier is created along the External Perimeter of the Building which denies access to the Termites from Outside.

IMPREGNATION OF WALLS:

The Spray Treatment must be carried-out in order to impregnate the wall and wood so that the present infestation of Termites is checked. The rate of application of Emulsion shall be 1.5 Lit. Per sq/ mtr of the vertical surface Area.

Finally, fumigation (Smoke Generation) treatment will be carried out so that the poisonous gas can penetrate in to the Cracks, Crevices, Electric and Sanitary fittings, thereby increasing the mortality of all the species of sub-terrain termites. We ensure that any gases or pesticides used in the termite treatment and fumigation have been approved by W. H. O. and not hazardous to health.
